My approach is guided mentoring
· You guide what your goals are while I define the content to meet your needs.
· You are continually reinforced and reminded that sessions build upon each other to give you opportunities to decide on what advice/options to take (i.e., taking control of your professional development).
· Meetings are short (usually 30 minutes, sometimes 45 minutes) and are focused on 1 topic so that you can focus on and learn about and apply your learning on the topic.
· I record all meetings and upload the audio recording to a shared folder on Box.com for your access. [I know I talk fast!] I will share a video link on occasion.
